We currently ship to physical residential and commercial addresses within the United States of America (USA) only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the time the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location and the product being shipped. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Pool heater pumps are large and heavy items. Depending on the size and weight of your order, your pool heat pump may ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carrier or a freight shipping provider such as UPS Freight or FedEx Freight. Freight shipments may require appointment scheduling for delivery. The carrier will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery window.
We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the continental United States. There are no additional shipping charges added to your order at checkout.
We do not charge sales tax on any purchases shipped to the USA, regardless of your state. The price you see is the final price you pay.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. For freight shipments, tracking information may be provided through the carrier's online portal.
We strongly recommend that you inspect your shipment at the time of delivery. Please check for any visible damage to the packaging or the product before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours by contacting us at info@poolheaterpump.com or by phone at +1 (804) 746-4809. Please retain all original packaging, take photographs of the damage, and do not discard any packaging materials, as these may be needed for the carrier's damage claim process.
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, high-volume shipping periods, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will work with you to track your shipment and resolve any issues.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order and before the order has shipped.
