You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your pool heater pump must meet all of the following conditions:
Installed, used, modified, or water-connected pool heater pumps may not be returnable unless the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
Before returning any item, you must contact our support team to obtain a Return Authorization. Please reach out to us at info@poolheaterpump.com or by phone at +1 (804) 746-4809 with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
We offer free return shipping on confirmed defective or damaged items. For standard returns (change of mind, incorrect size, etc.), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the size and weight of pool heater pumps, return shipping may require freight service. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 3–5 business days. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or payment processor, the refund may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your account.
If your pool heater pump arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you. Please retain all original packaging for damaged or defective items.
If you need to exchange your pool heater pump for a different model or size, please contact us within the 30-day return window. We will guide you through the return and exchange process. Price differences between models will be either charged or refunded accordingly.
